Earlier this fall, I was lucky enough to collaborate on a styled shoot with some amazing wedding vendors who are located right here in the Grand Junction area. It got me thinking of how many amazing people work in the wedding industry; that's part of what makes my job so fun! I often have clients ask for recommendations for other vendors, so if you're planning a Western Colorado wedding and searching for vendors, this post is for you!
Florals
Fiddlesticks Florals is the best of the best around here. Heidi is such a talent and her wedding florals are unmatched. She can your vision and truly bring it to life! Working with Fiddlesticks Florals is always a fun time and I'd recommend Heidi to anyone in the Grand Valley area.
Bakery and Desserts
This is a hard one because I LOVE ALL SWEETS and it's kind of hard to go wrong here. However, when it comes to a baker who can make something delicious AND beautiful for your wedding? I would recommend Sweet Kiwi Bakery all day long. They have a storefront in Orchard Mesa where they serve pastery's and coffee (yum!) They also make custom cakes for special occasions, including weddings. Their treats are always so good and picture perfect.
Wedding Gown
I am totally biased on this one... There is only one place to shop for your wedding gown in Grand Junction that I'd recommend, and it's Annelise Bridal Boutique. I bought my own wedding gown at this shop and I would highly recommend Afton with Annelise Bridal to any bride searching for the perfect dress! They have a beautiful selection and the staff is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. This is a one stop shop to find your dress, veil, and accessories.
Coordinating
A coordinator can truly make or break your wedding, trust me! You want to find someone that you can trust with your entire day, so that you can just sit back and enjoy. April and her team at Kosi Events are the best! She is so detail oriented that it makes even MY job easier, which I love! She offers planning, day of coordinating, rentals and more. April is very professional and so fun to work with. She takes pride in her job and you can clearly see it! Every wedding she works runs so smoothly and beautifully, you can definitely put your trust into her team. With this styled shoot, she organized everything and provided all the beautiful details.
Bar Services
Depending on your venue, finding a bartender can be really overhwhelming. I love the trend of mobile bar services, they're easy and so cute! For your Western Colorado wedding, I'd recommend the Tipsy Trailer. This bar is SO cute, the staff is incredible, and the drinks are unmatched; trust me, I've sampled them. They can make custom cocktails or provide standard bar services. The mobile trailer is great for photos too. Your guests will love this option and the Tipsy Trailer will add another element to your reception.
